"The LORD hath prepared his throne in the heavens; and his kingdom ruleth over all" (Psalm 103:19); "he doeth according to his will in the army of heaven, and among the inhabitants of the earth" (Daniel 4:35). This kingdom is never entered, attained, or forfeited; every atom is already in it. It is the register in which election operates, the reason no elect vessel in any unreached land is outside the reach of the King.
