Answer. No. This objection attacks a position we do not hold. The sovereign grace doctrine is more Christ-exclusive than the attainment system's, not less. We say no one is saved by any religion, ritual, consecration, tongue, sanctification level, or church membership, including Christian ones. Every saved soul from Abel to the last elect vessel is saved by Christ's blood alone, applied by Christ's Spirit alone, according to the Father's election alone. The question is not whether salvation is only in Christ (agreed, emphatically) but whether Christ is able to apply His own salvation without a human middleman. The attainment system's position quietly adds a second mediator, the preacher, the mission, the organization, between Christ and the sinner. Ours removes every mediator but Christ (1 Timothy 2:5). The unevangelized elect person is not saved by his religion; he is saved by Christ despite his religion, exactly as we were saved despite our flesh, our ignorance, and our idols of self.
